A workshop companion

When life changes, decisions change.

Big decisions don't stop arriving — they just look different now. Health, money, where you live, who you spend time with, what you leave behind. Norma is a thoughtful companion built on forty years of decision-quality research. She'll help you think it through, one step at a time.

Ten decisions that shape the third act

What's on your mind today?

Pick one to start a conversation with Norma. She'll walk you through the six elements of a good decision, at your pace, in your own words.

The Decision Chain

A decision is only as good
as its weakest link.

Six things need to be true. Miss any one and the others don't save you. This is the framework Norma will walk through with you.

Questions

Expected, and answered.

Is this a doctor, a financial advisor, or a lawyer?

No. Norma is a thinking companion, not a professional. She'll help you organize what you know, what you don't, and what you actually want, so when you talk to your doctor, advisor, or family, you arrive ready.

Do I need to know anything about decision science?

Not a thing. Norma runs the process. You bring the decision, she brings the framework.

Can I talk about a decision I've already made?

Yes, and it's often the most useful place to start. Walk an already-made decision through the chain and see whether the reasoning still holds.

Will Norma tell me what to do?

She'll reflect back what your own values and information point to. If that contradicts your gut, that's the most valuable thing she can give you, it tells you exactly which belief to look at again.

You make the call. Norma makes sure it holds up.
